What is included in the cost?
The cost covers the standard setup of the canopy and/or backdrop plus clean up. We do not set up tables and chairs.
How/When do we pay you?
In order to reserve your date, payment is due two weeks in advance. We accept payment via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Check. Contact Kimberly for more details.
What will the setup process look like? How long will it take?
In buildings we are familiar with, canopy setup will take about 2-3 hours. We prefer to setup the night before you plan to decorate and you do not need to stay while we work.
In new buildings, or in outdoor settings, setup will be longer.
We do not set up tables or chairs, however, tablecloths and chair covers can be left at the venue or dropped off at your house.
We will begin taking down the canopy once your reception has ended and your own decorations have been taken down. We do not require any assistance, and ask that you leave our canopy and equipment in it's place.

If you have any requests beyond our standard offer, feel free to ask. A consultation with you will help us understand what you are looking for. Additional fees may be required for alterations, unusual setup / cleanup, or being outside the Tucson area.

Do you offer other colors?
All our canopies, tablecloths, and chair covers are white. You can, however, add color accents with your own decorations, or with additional decorations/accessories we have available for rent. Visit our Decorations & Accessories page to see what we currently offer.
